Partner Daniel C. Ducote has been a certified Mediator since 1994 and his practice has been devoted exclusively to Alternative Dispute Resolution since 1999. Mr. Ducote has mediated approximately 5000 cases and has served as an arbitrator, special master, and umpire.
His aggressive, no-nonsense approach has been well received by both the plaintiff and defendant bars. The majority of the cases Mr. Ducote mediates and arbitrates involve personal injuries arising from automobile or truck accidents, maritime injuries, premises liability claims, and product liability claims. Additionally, litigants rely on Mr. Ducote to mediate first party insurance suits, insurance coverage disputes, and business/contractual cases.

Partner K. B. Battaglini is an arbitrator and mediator, and serves on the national panel of arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association and for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). He completed a course of study in international commercial arbitration at the University of Houston Law Center, is the author of the digest Arbitration in Texas: History and Enforceability, and is a frequent speaker on arbitration.
